It has been such a pleasure doing business with you, I had to let you know.   We recently ordered the Oxy-Clean electrostatic air filters with the activated charcoal pads. First of all, let me say they fit perfectly!......thanks to you. If you hadn't called and questioned the size I had originally given, they never would have fit. Also, about ten to fifteen minutes after we put them in place, the air in our home was crisp and clean. We are now able to keep our AC settings a bit higher and still maintain a comfortable temperature. This week, our high temps are around 114. Terribly uncomfortable outside, but perfect inside.
